Any other possible solution? I'm sorry to hear that the overlay icons on your Box Sync folder are still missing. I still have missing icons, even though the registry keys were already named with spaces. Your company may have limited your access level. How can I resolve? You may need your IT rep to run the RegEdit as an administrator.
I assume this windows 10 update of removing the icon status within the icon is affecting the box sync. I added the status columns to the box sync folder but they are blank. Looking at One Drive folders, they no longer display icon on file icon, but there is a new status column. This jus started for me after a Windows 10 Update. I'm not sure why the limit of 15 would just now be affecting me. I have been using this service for 6 months with the same amount of folders, and this is a new issue. I've attached a screenshot for reference. If you're on a mac, have you tried clicking the finder extension option to make sure Box is checked?
